New Dental Patient Information – York, PA
A Dental Practice You Can Call Home
At Aesthetic Dental Arts, we believe our commitment to improving smiles is evident in the breadth of dental services we offer in-house as well as the personalized approach we take with each patient. Before arriving for your first dental appointment, we want you to have additional information to ensure a successful visit. Below, you will find new patient forms, available payment details, as well as what you can expect during your first visit. We look forward to meeting you!
Your First Dental Visit
We aim to keep our patient wait times to a minimum, so you don’t need to worry about spending much of your time in the lobby. If necessary, we will take digital radiographs before Dr. Singh examines your smile. He will then discuss any findings and craft a treatment plan for you to review. Before you leave, we’ll also clean your teeth and remove any plaque and tartar for a fresher smile.
New Patient Forms
We believe filling out paperwork when you arrive for an appointment only takes up more time. This is why we encourage new patients like yourself to download the following forms and fill them out at home. You can then bring them to your appointment for a smoother, more seamless check-in.
